This class is taught by Master Instructor, Yijiao Hong: Authentic and detailed Tai Chi movements will be taught step by step following physical learning science. Meanwhile Sifu Hong will explain how Tai Chi is originated from ancient Chinese philosophy, Chinese medicine, as well as martial application of each movement.
As a beginning student, the skill of self-centering, body relaxation and slow breathing while learning and practicing Tai chi movements are emphasized.

The fee to Chinese Wushu and Tai Chi Academy: $110/4 days seminar or weekend. $15/per evening seminar.The fee to Chen Zhenglei: $220/Sat. and Sun.; $35/per evening seminar. $255/4 days seminar.
All fees due by August 18, 2010. Late fee $30.

Seminar Locations: Thursday and Monday evenings’ seminar will be held at CWTA studio. (709 ½ S. King Street, Seattle, WA 98104)
Sat. and Sun. two days’ seminar will be held at the Gymnasium of Chinatown Community Center (719 8th Ave S Seattle, WA 98104), a little south of the Chinese Wushu and Tai Chi Academy.
